By registering and using services at Clicks4 Education you agree to the following Terms Of Service

Clicks 4 education is an advertising venue for all of its members and while we do check sites for adhering to rules we do not endorse the advertisements and cannot be held liable for the content or damages that any of the websites may cause members. Please use caution and follow guidelines of safety by organizations such as the FTC before giving out personal information or spending funds on a program or product.

Spam is not permitted. If your account has been found to be sending or posting spam your account will be deleted.

Clicks4education asks for certain information when you sign up in order to relay program information and for payments. We will never sell or give out any of your personal information without your permission. We may post your username on the site or in emails regarding contests, promotions, and the like. If you chose to allow your upline to contact you while signing up, your email address will be given to them so they can contact you. Cookies in the shopping center are used by our affiliate programs in order for us to track sales but this information is never shared with anyone else.

- Your site may only contain ONE pop up
- your site may not redirect to another site
- Your site may not close the surf frame
- We allow sites in different languages but they must follow all other rules.
- Your site may not contain prompts or alerts or anything else that must be closed before surfing can continue
- Your site may not contain fly in ads, or other popups that move on the screen
- Your site must not attempt to automatically download files, spyware, including virus,hijackers, or trojans or otherwise harms member's computers.
- You may not advertise any surf pages (referal urls are ok)
- Your site may not contain illegal content - Your site must be family-friendly (no obscene language or sites that promote hatred)
- No Gambling, Lottery, achohol, cigerettes or illecit drugs
- No adult content
-No sites that break copyright law
- No sites with scripts that run in the background such as automated surfing or any site that promotes cheating of any sort.
- No doublers, triplers, surf4 investment or High Yield Investment programs (HYIP)mlm, or any site that does not have any easily identifible product ro service.
- No PTP (paid to promote programs or scripts)

Yes. However, we currently only accept Hit Connect and Max Traffic Pro, Traffic -Splash rotators because they are the only ones that work with the Hits Connect Safe Surf Checker.Hits Connect is the preferred rotator at Clicks4education. Hits Connect also offers a tracking with their rotator and is the preferred rotator of clicks4education. Members of Hits Connect can track sales and signups through Clicks4education once they have set their campaigns up at Hits Connect.

- You may only have ONE account per person, More than one member in a household may join if they have seperate isp's.
- You cannot login from two different computers at the same time
- You MUST have a valid email address
- Your email must NOT have any autoresponders or bounce
- You cannot share your login information with anyone
- ONLY the owner may surf the exchange
- You may not use any programs, scripts, etc that will surf for you
Failure to Follow these Rules

If your site or account fails to follow any of the rules listed above, your account will be removed. All credits, impressions, or rewards of any kind will be lost. Your banners and urls will be removed, and your downline will be lost.

Clicks 4 education may change any rules at any time in order to maintain a clean and stable advertising program. Members will be notified of any changes.
